Tiia signed up six months ago and was afraid of carbs but found that her diet and routine was not helping her get to her goal. She wanted to be fit, toned and strong.

I am almost half way to reaching my goals! I can now do chin ups, down 11% body fat and 10lbs and 14inches. I feel strong, my clothes feel bigger!
