Tanya’s fitness journey after pregnancy

After starting a family I let my fitness goals get away from me. I struggled to lose the pregnancy weight and my body was crumbling from all the extra pounds. I always had lower back problems, but it got so bad there were days I couldn’t move.

Sleeping was impossible no matter what the surface. My lower back got so bad that I had to have a cortisone shot to alleviate the pain. My physical and mental state was in shambles. My spouse started going to Plyomax after the birth of our second child and swore up and down I should join and meet and talk to a trainer named Jocelyn. Apparently, Jocelyn had all the answers for me.

I was doubtful because nothing had helped before but I decided to put my doubts aside and meet with Jocelyn. Jocelyn has been a godsend. She immediately put me at ease and promised me results and no more back pain. Fast forward three months and with the guidance, advice and support from the most amazing personal trainer and some hard work Jocelyn was right – not only was my back pain GONE I had my doctors comment on my increased muscle tone and strength in my lower back.

It was like nothing they had ever seen before. The Doctors were impressed and I was impressed. I feel better, I sleep better, and I am back to running again which the Drs said I would probably never do again. Jocelyn has an incredibly creative way of making a workout not feel like a workout. It has been just over a year And I’ve lost 25lbs and have gone down inches and I haven’t looked back. Jocelyn and the Plyomax family saved me. I couldn’t have started this journey if it wasn’t for a little push from my spouse and the amazing staff at Plyomax.
