I joined Plyomax in the Fall of 2017 with the intention of getting to the gym more often due to how close it is to my house. I attended one of the classes and really enjoyed it, while at the same time realizing that I had work to do to improve my fitness level.
I met with a trainer named Jocelyn a few days later and decided to purchase some personal training sessions with the goal of increasing my strength. That was the best decision that I have ever made regarding my physical fitness.
The intense training with Jocelyn and healthy food choices really kicked my metabolism into gear and I started to lose about a pound a week. This trend has continued, I have now lost 34 pounds, since October and have gone down 3 sizes, and my strength has improved a lot. Pushups and lunges are so much easier for me now, I feel better in my clothes and have more energy.
I have worked hard, but feel that I would not have been as successful without the partnership with Jocelyn and Plyomax and am truly grateful for that. – Dawn
